"I had a modern design for a new home on a very tight lot. Walls of glass, a lot of structural steel, and a flat roof. Most local builders weren’t interested. Too complicated they said. Dennis and his crew did a great job on the LVL and TJI framing. His team also precisely installed the interior trim and 8’ solid doors prior to the drywall to achieve the casing-free look I wanted.
